This time around, I promised myself I would experience new things in Iowa City. So, on Thursday night I went to see a Burlesque show at the Englert. I had a GREAT time! The show featured a 'circus' band complete with saxophone, tuba, and violin, a one man circus act that could juggle and ride a unicycle, among other things, and of course the beautiful burlesque troop that did everything from dancing to performing shakespeare.
