My favorite sandwich: open-faced on sourdough with garlic mayo, white cheddar, tomato, romaine, and baked yellow squash, zucchini, and red pepper. Served with brown rice, sweet potatoes, and finally some sunshine! Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum.
