I was able to spend Mother's Day weekend in Wisconsin with my own Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, Uncle Eric and Griffin. Saturday was my Mom's birthday. My Grandma made this beautiful and equally delicious Italian cream cake. When she brought it up stairs Griffin exclaimed, "Oh thank you!" As you can see, he couldn't wait to get at a piece of that cake!
