My neighbor Ben gave me this coffee table for free! I told him that I've been baking a lot and I would bring over treats to thank him for his generosity. Ben politely informed me that he has to stay away from dairy but thanked me for offering. Sooo...
I baked him these vegan coconut cupcakes. It was by second venture in vegan baking and more successful than the first. I had to sample the final product to make sure they were edible :-)
They are beautiful!
