SUNDAY DINNER! Courtney did it up Southern style this week. We feasted on fried 'chicken', biscuits and gravy, fried green tomatoes, and kale and collard greens. For dessert Courtney attempted to veganize a bread pudding recipe. It didn't quite work the first time around, but hey, that's what experimentation is for!
