On Monday I set out to apply for a few more jobs. I hit up a hawkeye bar near by, had a meeting with Brittany's manager at Northside Bar and Grill, and stopped into the Map Room, a place that Eric and Melissa had suggested. At the Map Room a manager of Laschet's Inn, German Pub down the street, told me they were hiring a bartender and gave me her card. Something about this woman and the whole situation just felt right.
