It's Saturday so that means no walks with Genesis. I woke up at 5 AM to take the Illinois Test of Basic Skills. Passing is a prerequisite for me to stay in school, so here's hoping! After the test, which was in the biggest, hardest to find, most confusing to navigate building EVER, I treated myself to some 5 guys burgers and fries.
Saturday evening was quite lovely. Courtney made the most delicious Pad Thai I've ever had and shared it with Shua, Kipp (her brother) and I. It was a great impromptu Vegan Family dinner with wonderful friends.
